Terms of service

A hunt is a one-off research service. Fetchly searches Swiss second-hand marketplaces for the item you describe and emails you a report with ranked finds, the price compared to the Swiss market, seller checks and, on paid tiers, ready-to-send seller messages.

Fetchly is not a shop and not a middleman. You buy from the seller directly, on their platform and under their conditions. Fetchly is not a party to that purchase.

Your report is emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within 30 minutes at most. You always receive an email — including when no listing is good enough to recommend, which is a valid result of the service.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs and are final. Amana Mobility is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Each hunt is a single payment; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Fetchly never sees or stores your card details.

If you are not happy with your report, write to hello@fetchly.ch and we refund you. We do not ask for a reason.

Because the hunt starts immediately after payment and is delivered digitally, the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the report is sent. Our refund promise above applies regardless.

Listings, prices and seller information are taken from public marketplace pages at the moment of the hunt and can change or disappear at any time. Price estimates, including auction end-price estimates, are informed estimates, not guarantees. Always check the listing yourself before you pay a seller.

One free hunt per email address per day. Fetchly may decline or refund requests that are automated, abusive, or aimed at illegal items.
