Privacy policy

Only what a hunt needs: the item description and criteria you enter, your email address, the tier you chose, the payment status, and the report we produced for you. We do not ask for a name, a postal address or a phone number.

To run your hunt, to email you the report, to answer support questions and to handle refunds, and to keep the records Swiss bookkeeping rules require for paid orders.

Stripe — card payments. Fetchly never receives your card number.

Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and email delivery of your report.

The AI browsing service that performs the search receives your item description, never your email address.

Free hunts and their reports are deleted after 90 days. Paid orders are kept for ten years because Swiss accounting rules require it; the report content is deleted after 12 months.

We only email you about the hunt you ordered. No newsletter, no advertising, no sharing or selling of your address.

Write to hello@fetchly.ch to receive a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 1-2 working days.
