Frequently asked

What is Fetchly?

Fetchly is a Swiss on-demand AI deal hunter. You describe an item in one sentence and an AI browser agent searches Ricardo, Tutti, Anibis, Facebook Marketplace, Galaxus, Digitec and Swiss price trackers, then emails you a ranked report of second-hand deals priced against the current Swiss market.

How much does Fetchly cost?

A free hunt returns one find and costs nothing. Premium costs CHF 4.04 and returns three ranked finds with garbage filter, scam filter and seller message drafts. Professional costs CHF 12.49 and returns five finds with the deepest reasoning model and the strongest seller screening. There is no subscription.

Which marketplaces does Fetchly search?

The list depends on what you are hunting. A free hunt covers Ricardo.ch and Tutti.ch. Premium searches the five most relevant Swiss platforms for that item type, and Professional up to ten. For tech that means Ricardo, Tutti, Anibis, Facebook Marketplace, Revendo, Verkaufen.ch, BackMarket.ch and Toppreise; for vehicles and bikes AutoScout24, Autolina, CarForYou, MotoScout24 and Velocorner; for outdoor gear Sellpy, marko.ch and Traildevils; for baby gear Petit Marché and Kinderschatz; for baby and children's clothing Secondstar, Kleiderkarussell, TINY RIO, Loopli, Blue-Cherry, Vestiaire Collective Kids, Balu Köniz and KIDIS; and for furniture and appliances Whoppah and Brocki.

Does Fetchly search outside Switzerland?

No. Fetchly is Swiss-only by design — no cross-border listings, so there are no import duties, customs delays or foreign-warranty surprises.

How long does a hunt take?

A fraction of the time you'd spend researching yourself — your report arrives within 30 minutes at most. A free hunt delivers what would take roughly four hours of manual searching; Premium digs deeper (about nine hours of manual equivalent) and Professional deepest (about sixteen).

What does a Fetchly report actually look like?

You can read a full anonymised Premium report on fetchly.ch/example-report before you pay: ranked finds, the price gap to the Swiss market value, why each listing was kept, whether it is an auction with an estimated final price, a seller check, and a ready-to-send message in German and English.

What if Fetchly finds nothing worth buying?

You still get an email. An honest 'nothing good enough right now' is a valid result, and it tells you the market rather than pushing you into a bad buy. If you are not happy with your report, write to hello@fetchly.ch and we refund you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are not happy with your report, write to hello@fetchly.ch and we refund you — we don't ask for a reason. Payments are handled by Stripe, prices are final in Swiss francs with no VAT, and there is no subscription.

Do I need an account?

No. You describe the item, give an email address for the report, and that's it.
